Abstract Commonly, resilience against external shocks is treated as a household or community capacity. Resiliency food insecurity of particular importance for rural under the impression recent price surges and supply chain disruptions. The aim this paper to analyze effect capacity on security outcomes in Kyrgyzstan, using individual, datasets “Life Kyrgyzstan” panel survey several waves from 2011 2016. Firstly, index was estimated through key determinants pillars Resilience Index Measurement Analysis (RIMA) II methodology, while latent analysis used classify shocks. along an instrumental variable approach.
